Great spa. Lovely main pool and hydro pool to relax and gets some swimming in. Sauna and steam room were great.
Wife had total body exfoliating treatments which she loved.

Absolutely fabulous experience. The two staff members on reception Duncan and Trey, could not do enough for us and were so helpful and warm.

The therapists at the spa Priya, Anu and apologies I cannot remember the third therapists name, were the ultimate in relaxed professionalism.

My treatments were incredible - highly recommend the experience where warm oil is poured over your forehead, I fell asleep!

And finally the pools and sauna were impeccably maintained and clean, and the change rooms contain everything one needs to put oneself back in order after a day of pampering.

It's fair to say that this spa is spacious, clean and generally well kept. For me it didn't reach 5 star bubble status for the following reasons. Showers temperature was erratic. Some times scalding hot (when the timed button is pressed) sometimes cold when a person in the next door shower press their shower on.

The Hot pool was not very hot, just warm. Jacuzzi/ hydro pool was partly not working and also not very warm and there was no seating area.

The steam room takes about 15 minutes to come on and is not set up right.

Lots of guests had mobile phones/ cameras in the actual spa area, this should be banned considering most spa's do not allow photography.

Changing rooms are too small for the size of the spa and design comes before practicality. On my visit mid week it was packed and there was a wait to get in!

The pool is not infinite (as described) and you cannot see the horizon, it is however a raised pool that's strange shape causes a bottle neck of swimmers at one end. The wet kit bags have no handle ( it's the little things) and there is no where to put used towels in the changing rooms.

Overall the spa could be improved with a few tweeks. I cannot comment on the treatments as we did not use this facility.
Hopefully they understand constructive criticism.

Ps. The reception staff were professional and friendly which was good to see
