Grouville Parish Church, dedicated to St Martin of Tours (St Martin de Grouville), is one of the twelve ancient parish churches in Jersey and is a Grade I listed building. It is a significant historical and architectural landmark, with origins dating back to the 12th century, showcasing a long and complex structural history that reflects centuries of ecclesiastical, political, and social changes. The church is an active Anglican parish church and plays a central role in the Grouville community.

Its vision is to follow Jesus by worshipping God, loving one another, and serving the local community. The church building itself is open daily for private prayer and reflection. The churchyard contains a memorial to British grenadiers who died during the Battle of Jersey in 1781.
The church is open everyday for private prayer and reflection from 9am to 5pm. Service times vary; for example, Holy Communion is often at 8:30 a.m. on the first, second, and third Sundays of the month, with other services and all-age services typically at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays.
