La Côte Distillery is Jersey's grain-to-glass distillery, where spirits are viewed as an experience rather than just a drink. They offer Saturday Gin Lab sessions where visitors can become a distiller for the day, creating their own bespoke spirit to take home. Participants can discover the art, science, and joy behind grain-to-glass distilling, crafting their own gin and vodka.

From brewing and fermenting to distilling, bottling, and labelling, La Côte Distillery prides itself on providing excellent grain-to-glass spirits. Located in central St. Helier, the distillery's 'gin lab' workshop, run by distillers Alex and Thea, guides participants through crafting their own custom spirit. With a hands-on approach and a commitment to craft, La Côte Distillery fosters an environment where experience and flavour thrive.

We spend a brilliant afternoon at La Côte Distillery. It was both informative and highly entertaining. We learned how the gin is made and created our own personalized gin by choosing botanicals that we liked. We left with our own bottle of gin, with a label designed by us. Added bonus’ were a delicious food platter and the fact that we can have our own gin recreated for us whenever we like as they retain the recipe we created.

We booked onto the gin making experience for our friends birthday and what a treat it was! Alex and Thea were fantastic hosts and so knowledge and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and look forward to my next experience. Thank you!

We had an absolute blast making gin at the La Cote Distillery. Alex & Thea make you feel so welcomed into the space and they are also so much fun. Thea is a master cocktail maker and Alex literally knows everything about distilling - what an impressive team. We loved every second of it, from learning about the process to actually making the gin. Picking the different flavors was so fun and Alex made sure we didn't go too wild. Overall, so recommend it and looking forward to going back!

Amazing time. Alex and Thea were so informative and guided us expertly through the experience of making a gin. Food and drink were plentiful and we went home happy and with our own bottle of gin. Highly recommend. A great afternoon in a dreary January.
