La Côte Distillery is Jersey's grain-to-glass distillery, where spirits are viewed as an experience rather than just a drink. They offer Saturday Gin Lab sessions where visitors can become a distiller for the day, creating their own bespoke spirit to take home. Participants can discover the art, science, and joy behind grain-to-glass distilling, crafting their own gin and vodka.

From brewing and fermenting to distilling, bottling, and labelling, La Côte Distillery prides itself on providing excellent grain-to-glass spirits. Located in central St. Helier, the distillery's 'gin lab' workshop, run by distillers Alex and Thea, guides participants through crafting their own custom spirit. With a hands-on approach and a commitment to craft, La Côte Distillery fosters an environment where experience and flavour thrive.
