The worse customer service for a long long time! Personality of somebody who definitely doesn’t want to be there. Body language-0

Interest of Customer Service and Sales?
Probably never heard such a thing.
The most monotone speaking I ever heard
I think the non developed robot would have some more interest and personality.
I receive better service at Lidl in the UK
Can’t believe someone like that could actually get a job in Retail people oriented service.
If I could I would rather give a 0 then one star. I won’t shop and support your local store anymore. Flying to the UK takes me 40 min and I can enjoy my shopping and have a great experience too.. Your shop doesn’t provide that!
They were not in the sale - even though the sign ( less than a foot away say less 20% off last price )
When I asked the cashier about the discount they asked their supervisor who said no they were not as it was only certain brands - I asked where it said that and she just said she would remove the sign.
I bought the £100 boots anyway as that’s what my wife wanted but when we back to the store to buy a belt 4 hours later it was still there …
Is this discount just for locals or is it a tourist tax ?
