Jersey Lavender is a working farm where lavender is grown, harvested, and distilled to extract pure lavender oil. This oil is then used to create a diverse range of fragrant Jersey Lavender products. Visitors can explore the lavender fields, especially vibrant from late June to early July, and witness the distillation process during the harvest season, which typically runs from mid-June to mid-August. The farm also features gardens, a 'Discovery Trail' for children, Sprigs Café serving homemade treats, and a shop offering their lavender products and other gifts.
The farm has been a part of Jersey's landscape for over 35 years and is cherished for its peaceful beauty and welcoming atmosphere. In addition to lavender, they also cultivate other herbs like rosemary, eucalyptus, and bay laurel. During the harvest season, informative talks about the distillation process are held daily. The farm is currently undergoing a replanting scheme for its lavender, which is expected to take a few more years.
Tue-Sun 10:00-17:00 (April to 17th September), Closed Mondays. Harvest season with distillery talks: mid-June to end of August.

Staff were really friendly aswell
Sadly I ordered just a cup of tea at the end of my visit and they took so long to get to my table that I had to leave because I would miss my flight back home otherwise. I don't blame the team cause they were really friendly, there wasn't just enough staff for so many tables in my opinion. I left after 30 minutes.
The farm itself, is beautiful, quite big and you get to learn new things about lavender in general as they have an audio guide aswell, i'd recommend it if you want to relax and visit something original!
Ps. the tortoise is a little bit to the north of the farm:)
Nice cafe, we had cream teas with lavender scones and lavender tea. The latter is a bit of an acquired taste, but both good with honey.
