Food prices - Simply put their food is very good but, the portions do not reflect the money you are spending. You are paying £2.00 for 5-6 prawn crackers.. and £5.60 for 2x Vegetable rolls..that’s one of the many examples.. please review your prices or increase your portions.
Delivery times - I ordered a takeaway about 1 hour and 40 mins ago now as I am writing this, I placed an order through food.je and the sms message advised me “1 hour until your food arrives”. Due to me working most of the day I expected to have a nice timely dinner so I placed an order on a Thursday and still nothing.
Golden Bowl please can you look to advise your customers correct time scales, if you fail to meet the promised 1 hour slot or simply call and advise your customers that their food is running late. This is the 3rd time now that I have had to wait long hours to receive 3x portions of food.
Other than the 2 main issues listed, nothing else negative comes to mind. I still think the business makes very good Chinese food but , I would not call them the best as they have, in my opinion quite a bit of work to do if they want to obtain that title.
Anyways I hope my food gets here soon, it is now 1 hour and 50mins..
