Great area to go for a walk with lovely trees and views. Didn't take our bikes, but looked like it would be good to go out on your mountain bikes. Beautiful footpaths, large openings where you can see the ocean at it's best, tall view points Avoid the mountain bikes, enjoy the cliff path I flew ALL THE WAY HERE from ALASKA to see the EGYPT woods. to say the least, it isn't Egypt, its france. I also found a man hanging from a tree from a rope but that's neither here nor there. "don't go away mad, just go away" - Mötley Crüe who have helped me on this journey to recovery. This is not a mountain bike trail and shouldn't be labelled so, it's private land and building jumps, ramps and banked turns is ruining the ecology of the area (please see the sign attached)
