Les Creux Millenium Park

3 Tudor Cl, St Brelade, Jersey JE3

Rating: 4.2 ★ (38 ratings)

Details

Calling it a national park might be high praise! But still a decent natural area, fairly well maintained. Good for walks or recreational cycling with the kids in a safe place away from the main road. Has a reasonable 'bmx' track for teens. Local recycling area is well used but clean. The local astronomy club also meet here at the Sir Patrick Moore observatory. As well as the Le Creux bowling club. Public Access Defibrillator placed at the entrance to Les Creux Bowls Club. It's an essential addition to this busy Millennium Public park area used for keen walkers, cyclists and allotment enthusiasts. Astronomy evening. Unfortunately clouds presented us looking through the telescope but Neil Mahrer gave a lovely talk instead. Great outdoor winter bowling with a good light lunch for members afterwards. Super food and the specials board choices are fantastic. Food good but a little too long for food to be delivered to the table. Even so, new business but will visit again.
