I embarked on trip to the Jersey Museum.

As a lover of history, I found the experience deeply fulfilling.

Free entry. I was short of time so just managed to watch the free movie but it was time well spent. It gave me full history of the island. There's a restaurant inside and also gift/souvenir shop

Firstly the Jersey Missus a must visit. It's also free. The museum is really split into 2 parts. The Victorian House and it's story, and then the history of Jersey. The house part is extremely well presented and gives a good sense of a family in Jersey during the Victorian era. Then the actual museum has a very good story line starting with a film and then various rooms with displays covering all areas of live through the time within Jersey.

Went in here to pass time. And that's exactly what we did, a good 2 hours later...
Recommend watching the short film at the start. Very informative. The museum and the house are fantastic, never felt laden down with information, like other museums. Some of the exhibits are totally amazing. Only took a snapshot of pics to allow you to find the other exhibits!
Cafe was also really busy.
This is a free museum, well worth putting some paper notes in the donation box.
