Went up on Saturday to enjoy the La Robeline sausage in a roll, cake and tea. Listened to the music, singing and dancing. Chatting to friends and watch the black butter being stirred. All such simple good natured activities in lovely sunshine. A wonderful time was had. Went to the apple peeling for the black butter making ...was great fun Not a lot to see, but staff went the extra mile to explain what NTJ had to offer
