Durrell Wildlife Camp

We visited the zoo, there was a direct bus that went straight to the zoo which was great.
The animals all looked well and happy, we listened to the talk given by 1 of the keepers of the orangutan's and gorillas and she was so informative about the orangutan's they have there it was really interesting. We saw some giant otters being fed also.There was plenty to see and walk around and a cafe on sight, plus tables around for you to take your own food/refreshments.
This was not an hotel.

What a lovely day out. Loads to see. Really well laid out and designed around the animals. Gerald Durrell story showcased.
Plenty of parking. Cafe reasonably priced. Great gift shop . Definitely recommend this as a place to visit.
