Amazing views of Jersey’s rugged coastline. Le Pinacle rock is a large granite stack and appears to change shape as you walk around it. The narrow stack is most apparent when viewing from the north side, or from the sea. There is also a well defined Neolithic dolmen and outlines of ancient structures. Great to view from the top but worth the decent to the base for the stronger and sure footed. One of the most amazing locations of a Neolithic site. Viewed from above, Le Pinacle dominates a small flat plain where a Neolithic grave and structure sits. Imagine back 5 (?) thousand years or so when sea levels would have been lower and Le Pinacle dominated. A steep path to get there but well worth the effort. Incredible views of phenomenal landscapes. 🤩
