The restaurant is beautiful and has a marvelous location right on the sea front in Saint Aubin. The ambience was perfect, and although it was busy, the restaurant still felt very warm and welcoming.
We opted for their festive menu, which was very well priced at £47.95 for three courses. The food was absolutely outstanding, and every single course was perfect. I started with the duck liver parfait which was smooth as silk, followed by the melt-in-mouth featherblade of beef. I rounded off an excellent meal with a Christmas pudding which was delicious. The presentation of the food was beautiful, and everything was so well flavoured, it truly was an incredible meal out.
The service was friendly and we also had a fabulous bottle of Macon Lugny which was very reasonably priced.
Overall, the whole experience was top quality, and I couldn’t fault a thing. I would highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for somewhere to eat in Saint Aubin.
