To say this is a fast food outlet, it’s ridiculous that you wait 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken to takeaway !!!
Especially at 1pm lunchtime with 20 people waiting. Not entirely sure what they are doing here with only one person serving at St Helier, Waterfront KFC.
Yes it seems to have been revamped inside but don’t get fooled by the whistles and bells, you will wait a long time to be served.
It seems they are cooking food specifically to order since the racks from the kitchen were empty behind the server. (See photos). The two preparer’s in the back were passing the occasional wrap or fries through which was highly annoying and slow for anybody’s eat in or takeaway expectations.
I came out of this KFC outlet feeling stressed and annoyed which is certainly something I should not feel from any brand outlet.
The self order kiosks have slowed this store to a halt and I will be writing to the head office about this experience.
Fast food outlets should be serving customers in minutes, with typical customer expectations and industry benchmarks ranging from 2 to 10 minutes.

There was no apologies from anyone on collection about the waiting time as if this were the norm.
I did inform the server on collection that this was unacceptable.
To summarise Jersey KFC is a poor run outlet that needs some head office intervention without a doubt. 😕
I certainly will not be going there again!
the service is fast personally i always get my order with in 5 minutes or less. (time may vary depending on your order size)
the place is always nice and clean with no trash or mess in sight
