Don't bother with the steak roll, the steak is chopped up and comes on a stale roll not fresh baguettes as advertised, Big J's has certainly gone downhill since it changed hands.

Very disappointed to find that our Oder had been accepted from Food.je and when collecting half an hour later being told that they don’t have our order. Women was rude and unapologetic. Had to show proof of our order on our email and had to wait another 20 minutes, still with no apology. Staff definitely need customer service training!

amazing food that's very fresh, beautiful bread, quick lead time with good options. Honest staff, excellent customer service - we asked for a latte and they advised that they only did instant coffee but recommended place next door. thanks for the great experience, hope you continue to be successful.

Basic cheeseburger had no lettuce or tomato, which (I only found out later) comes as an extra. Quality is OK for a takeaway but basically you have to ask for a lot of extras for it to be enjoyable. Extras cost money so you'll end up paying the price of a gourmet burger without the gourmet!
