Had evening meal, the small plates a great idea suited my wife, also staff Bernard and Lukas do helpful. Drinks and cocktails not overpriced a pint £6.00 cocktails £10.00 note there is a service charge but the staff deserve a top up. Group live on a Sunday pm

Had the worst sirloin steak in my life for dinner there yesterday. Had decided to go back for dinner because we had a lovely three course meal a couple of days back . My husband and I both ordered medium rare steak. His steak was beautifully done except the cut had hard bits of tendon which he had to keep spitting out. Mine was a lesson in how not to cook a steak, with the edges, well done and progressively different stages of cooking till the centre was quite blue. Reported it and asked to speak to the chef, but the steak was taken away and no comment from the chef. The charge was reversed on the bill for which I’m grateful .

Food is excellent, staff friendly and polite, specials board always seems to draw in the customers as it did me and when I wanted one of the meals off the board they had sold out, Guess I was just to late. Good range of drinks.
The only issue I have is when the small restaurant down the road sells the same drinks for half the price . Think this restaurants mark up is way to big.
