This place is not up to the usual standards of pizza express. I am a coeliac and eat in a lot of pizza express restaurants. The gluten free base is small and like soft cardboard. Other pizza Express restaurants offer a larger base and is of a superior quality and are actually a bit cheaper. I won't eat here again and future PE restaurants I will need ask what they offer in size and quality, which is a shame as my local restaurant in Inverness is much better than here. I asked the waiter about it and it was like talking to a plank of wood. Overall a massive disappointment and had to get a some chips on the way home. Definitely the worst meal I had on holiday in Jersey this week. I would suggest either management go to another pizza express to learn or even go to bella italia which was a far superior experience.

I went with my son, to this pizza parlour and was pleasantly surprised, they catered for my special needs adult son speaking in easy tone and language he understood.
Our pizza's were cooked by a young chef call Jack who baked them like he has been doing the job for years only to be told that he was in fact on work experience.
We both thoroughly enjoyed eating them.

Excellent Roma pizza. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Pizza was quite big and filling. I tried the vegetarian pizza

Had a great meal at Monday lunchtime. Waitress was kind and attentive despite the busy lunchtime rush, and the food was very good. I believe the waitress’s name was Sophie. Thank you!

Had a lovely dining experience in pizza express st Helier. We were served by lovely Sophie, she was fantastic!! Props to the chefs, food was 10/10. Thank you for a lovely experience! Recommend anyone to try pizza express jersey.

Absolutely amazing service from Oakley, he couldn’t do enough for us and our 1 year old. Such a great option when struggling to find anywhere else to eat at Christmas. Always a warm family welcome at Pizza Express. Special thanks to Oakley, thank you and happy New Year x

I came here for the first and last time. Ordered a vegan pizza from the vegan menu and was presented with a pizza that I knew wasn’t vegan. We also waited a long time for our food, so for it to turn up and be wrong was substandard. I asked if this was vegan, the waiter confirmed it was and then returned shortly to advise it wasn’t and a mistake had been made. Establishments need to cater for all food preferences, intolerances and allergies and be very careful in all instances. It wasn’t a complex order and it wasn’t overly busy - so this simply wasn’t good enough. I have trust issues and won’t be stepping foot here again.

Food is amazing here and staff are really attentive. The only downside to me with the service is that when they are busy you can be waiting at the door for a little while until a waiter is free to take you to your booked table. Seems like they are under staffed on the front of house side of the restaurant. Besides that little gripe, I can't fault the place. Me and my partner are always in here.
