When I called to ask for clarity, the guy was hostile and said if I send the photographs they will issue the refund or send the rest of the food missed. However after that one call, they stopped picking up the phone calls nor responded to my messages. Extremely poor service and I will never order with them again and I am writing this message in frustration so that other people don’t make the mistake of ordering food from them and ruining my evening as ultimately I had to order food from somewhere else.
The food quality was incredible: fresh, warm, hearty. Impressed with the price as well. The 3 of us spent 90€ but we got 4 desserts and 5 teas.😂😂
