First time here, food was amazing and very well priced, apparently the new chef was a finalist in the great British menu and you can tell by the food, amazing menu, definitely worth a try 👌🏻

Went this week, on one of the first nights under new head chef Andy Scollick, and holy cow it was incredible. Had the black pudding scotch egg, squid, lamb two ways, lemon tart and crème brûlée and not only was it all served beautifully, but it tasted out of this world. One of the best meals I’ve ever had. And such friendly and inviting staff. Would recommend in a heartbeat. It was quiet when we were there but I can only imagine that’ll change once word starts to spread.

Outstanding menu. Not extensive but varied, inventive and tasty. I had lamb 2 ways and hubby had steak with pepper cream sauce. Our squid appetizer was also amazing. Both too full for pudding. Highly recommend. (Saturday night crowd had a family, a group of 3 couples, as well as couples like ourselves).

No food at the moment after flooding, but one of the nicest local pubs in Jersey with a 1696 hearth stone in the ancient granite building
