I love this pub for its fantastic range of beers and ciders, and the food menu has recently been updated with some lovely new dishes.
It’s a great spot to meet after work and enjoy a few drinks with colleagues, gather as a family for delicious, good value food or to watch sports on the many screens. We like to try and get into one of the booths with a TV, where you can really enjoy the game with your mates.

Had a really enjoyable time here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and well presented, and the drinks selection was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet meal. Clean, cosy, and well run — I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great local pub.
The staff were nice, friendly & very attentive, my wife has allergies & they were able to bring out an allergen guide to all the foods & even accomodated her choice by swapping certain ingredients to ensure she still had an enjoyable meal.
The food was fantastic, each bite was a delight & I enjoyed every mouthful.
We will happily go again!
Wonderfully friendly staff, a great atmosphere, top range of drinks and really good value, tasty food.
We opted for meals from the pub classics on the menu - fantastic bangers and mash with unforgettable onion gravy. And the onion rings were an added bonus!
My partner opted for the loaded mac and cheese with pulled pork - one of three flavour options you can choose to go with this dish. Great veggie options too!
We are already planning a return for the amazing sounding roasts this Sunday!
And so nice to see a pub where young and old, families, individual and small groups all mix together and get the same welcome. A big five stars all round.
