Roast

Went for a big breakfast, see photo. The coffee and meaty elements were decent but the rest of the breakfast felt unloved which let it down. This makes it hard to rate it higher, especially for an over 8 quid full English (over 9 quid for me as I upgraded my coffee to a cappuccino). It is nice to have the option to have poached or scrambled but charging extra for it feels a bit cheap too.

I did however enjoy the look of the cafe and liked sitting in the window looking out to the passing cars. The waitress was also friendly and helpful.
