We’ve tried to visit this restaurant three separate times, and each time we were completely ignored for over 10 minutes. No greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgment—nothing from any of the staff. On our most recent visit, a couple who appeared to be known to one of the waitresses arrived after us and were promptly welcomed, seated, and served drinks before we even received a simple hello.
At that point, we decided to leave—and we won’t be returning. Basic customer service and courtesy should be a given, not an exception. With so many great Thai food options on the island, it’s hard to justify giving this place another chance. If you don’t know the people serving and want some basic customer service and politeness, avoid! It wasn’t even that busy!!!! Appalling
Today, we arrived and waited to be seated, standing there for ages with no acknowledgement from staff. A couple came up the stairs shortly after us and were instantly greeted and told to take a seat—while we were standing just a few feet away.
Another couple came in and were greeted and shown to their pre-booked table. It honestly made me feel invisible.
Eventually, we went and took a seat ourselves and waited… and waited. Nothing. The couple ahead of us were asked if they wanted their usual, while a young server made eye contact with us and that was it. We left embarrassed and wondering if we’re in fact invisible. Customer service is everything! Really disappointed and certainty won’t be going back.
