The dish was loaded with fresh seafood, including mussels, and served with fluffy rice, crispy prawn crackers, and a squeeze of lime that brought everything together perfectly. The presentation was vibrant and inviting, and every bite felt thoughtfully put together.
It’s great to see a pub serving food of this quality. If you’re visiting The Seymour Pub, the Monkfish Curry is a must-try. I’ll definitely be ordering it again.
The food is excellent and portion sizes are generous . My choices were -
Pulled Pork
Chicken Thighs
Sticky Toffee Pudding
If you include drinks and wine £50 ish per head .
Plenty of parking but worth booking as we went on a Friday and it started to get busy from 6pm onwards.
Staff are friendly and attentive so all in all a great experience.
I started with some of the best oysters I’ve had on the island along with a cold local beer then had the Sunday special the beef roast perfectly cooked
The service was really friendly and attentive special thanks to one of the team members who made the experience even better

In my desert, the (dry) sticky toffee pudding, there was broccoli bits.... How?!
Not impressed.
I don't trust their kitchen or that they clean things.
I informed the waiter, who tbh I expected a discount or free dessert/drink for the inconvenience, but nope... so I'm happy to share my experience with others to warn them
I would NOT return - I expected more from a pub, especially in jersey.
Perhaps I should be more of the "awkward" customer and send things back, but I'm not here to play games
