Keith I did NOT decline the 20% offer. It was offered after we payed. The waitress who served us, saw my husband at the till and didn't offer the discount at that time. After we did pay, they did not offer any refund.
Went here because we had a 20% voucher off food. Which caused a bit of hassle- first the waitress said we would get the discount, after she checked with the manager. Then, after we ordered she came back and said they couldn't honour the discount. Then after we paid, the waitress said the manager was going to honour the 20% discount. We weren't offered a refund and surely the waitress could have told us (or her colleague) about getting the discount....
Anyway, we had the pie and chips, very good. Nice and hot with a little pot of gravy.
The place itself has lots of seats with seats outside, a nice relaxing vibe inside. With background music and large TVs. With some small TVs at the booths. Toilets were clean.
