First off, the service was absolutely excellent. The lady who served us, Anna, was amazing from the moment we sat down. She was warm, friendly, and welcoming, and instantly made us feel comfortable. Anna struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy the meal. She checked in on us regularly, made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and was always smiling and upbeat. You can tell when someone truly cares about customer experience, and Anna really did go above and beyond.
She was also great with recommendations and knew the menu really well, which made ordering easy and stress-free. Little things like remembering what we’d ordered, checking if everything was okay at the right moments, and just having a genuinely nice attitude made a huge difference. Service like that honestly elevates the whole meal.
Now onto the food – unreal. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and came out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. The portions were generous, presentation was great, and every bite tasted amazing. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the food here. It was one of those meals where everyone at the table was happy and impressed, which doesn’t always happen. Proper comfort food done right.
The atmosphere in the restaurant was also spot on – relaxed, clean, and with a nice buzz. It felt like a place you could happily sit in for ages without feeling rushed, which paired perfectly with Anna’s excellent service.
Overall, an easy 10/10 experience. Massive credit to the whole team, but especially Anna, who genuinely made our visit memorable. The food was unreal, the service was outstanding, and we’ll 100% be coming back. Would highly recommend Bella Italia to anyone looking for great food and even better service.
