The uncle running the shop is one of the friendliest and most attentive I’ve met - he even took the time to share his cooking philosophy with us.
As an Asian food lover, I can honestly say the roasted pork is 100% authentic Hong Kong style, and better than many places in central London. I came back another day to try the Satay Chicken rice, Massaman Curry, and Keow Teow Reua Siam Style - all were packed with flavour and had perfect wok hay thanks to the uncle’s amazing skills.
The kitchen is impressively clean, which gives extra peace of mind. A real gem on Jersey island - so good I had to visit twice during my stay!
Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious, genuine Asian food with top service. Five stars!
