Was there yesterday for a family meal although the food was ok quite small portions 3 of us had fish and chips i can only describe the fish as medium size fish finger almost like chef had cut a fillet into 3 so getting 3 portions rather than one and £17 per portion thought was quite a lot
Will not go again

4 of us had lunch in here on Saturday and were pleasantly surprised. The food was excellent, the garlic bread and Chilli Beef Nachos were fantastic. Nachos were the best we have ever had! Then for mains, 3 sirloin steaks and a Thai Green curry, no faults. The only comment would be that the portions were huge, especially the nachos, so struggled to finish the main course. Service was very friendly too.

Went for an impromptu lunch on a day off with the missus.

Old meets new inside, comfortable seating and a log fire! Bonus! Nice range of local art work too.

We skipped starters and went straight to main course, both excellent and very tasty!
Dessert which was banoffee pie was a little to sweet for our liking.
Followed up with coffee.

Great price. Good service.

Only very minor complaint was the toilet was a bit grubby, but I guess it's because they are old.
