The hotel is very family-friendly, with great facilities for children. The pool area was a big hit with our little ones – clean, safe, and lots of fun. We also really enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was well-organised and had something for everyone.
There was a fantastic choice of food and restaurants, catering to a variety of tastes. The breakfast selection, in particular, was excellent – fresh, plentiful, and something new to try every morning. We never struggled to find something we all liked.
The staff throughout the hotel were knowledgeable and informative, always happy to answer questions or provide recommendations. Room service was another highlight – prompt, friendly, and efficient. Our room was maintained to a very high standard each day, which we really appreciated.
Although we spent much of our time exploring the beautiful island of Jersey, the hotel itself had plenty to offer, and we were never short of things to do on-site.
Overall, we had a brilliant experience and would definitely return. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!
It clearly knows what its doing and it therefore provides everything you need during your stay. I will definitely stay here again!
Stayed here for the Northern Soul Weekender and it didn't disappoint. It was all inclusive, the staff were incredible and would help in any way with smiles on their faces. They work so incredibly hard running this hotel. The selection of food catered for everyone and was absolutely gorgeous.
We had the best weekend and will definitely be returning.
If I had to find a fault then it would be my preference to the mattress in the bedroom where I found it to be too hard so I had to ask for extra duvets to place on top of the mattress to sleep on. Saying that my partner had no problem at all and slept like a very loud snoring baby.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
