Went here for a cocktail the barman looked at me a bit surprised
I asked for a Brandy Alexander and he scratched his head and spoke to a woman behind the bar between them decided to show me the only Brandy's they had
I had to again explain I wanted a "Brandy Cocktail" he looked it up in a book and said we don't have any cream so can't do it!
I left shaking my head

Avoid their "Wine Versus" offer. They give you 2 x 100ml of different wines for TWICE the price of those same wines off the menu. Unbelievable scam. Disappointing. More fool me I suppose but I don't expect to be ripped off quite so egregiously.

Sadly, all the adverts and trip advisor and even visit jersey say it’s dog friendly … sorry, the foreign lady behind the bar didn’t get the memo and we were told NO Dogs … our Fern is a Theropy dog and the quietest pet you will ever meet, but it’s not happen… I would mind but there was only 1 couple in the place … oh well, the advertising needs to change or the staff need more training on the facts etc

Great service, really nice ambiance, with the best old fashioned I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommended! Francesca (I think that was her name) was amazing in recommending and serving some delicious drinks and fabulous service. I felt really looked after.
