The pictures on the website look slightly better than the reality as the hotel would benefit from some TLC and maintenance. Its still in a decent condition though and clean so that’s the main thing.

The staff are amazing and will go an extra mile to support the customers. We had an issue with our room and were moved into another bigger room on the same day.

Breakfast is very tasty and you have a lot to choose from. Its very quiet here so you get a decent sleep. The hotel is 30 mins from St Helier on a bus. They have a lovely pub here in Rozel, about 3 min walk from the hotel - you can order the food in. Our stay was special.

Me and my husband (50s) watched videos of Jersey on YouTube which did not do Jersey justice. On the bus to the hotel we were driving more and more into the outskirts but it was so worth it. The hotel was romantically arranged all over and surround by peaceful harmony. The hosts were so pleasant. Hop on a bus to and from the hotel, everything was so easy to manage. We would come back to Jersey and would only book this hotel again. The breakfast was a good variety. We went over to the pub next door for dinner, the food was outstanding. It was like a fairytale. Only 40 mins in the air and you see the beautiful island and the beaches were stunning. We loved our stay. The staff (Chloe and Stacey) were full of island information, just ask them anything.

Very dated. Dirty carpets. Rotten wooden doors to balconies and rotten bathroom windows. Poor menu choices and only one vegan option. Chef couldn't do any other options. No vegan butter for breakfast. Had emergency plumber interrupt stay and he couldn't fix bath taps.

I had dinner in the formal wood-lined dining room last night, comprising a delicious lobster risotto followed by pavlova, washed down with a glass of the excellent house red. Possibly the best meal I've had in my month's stay on the island. I can highly recommend, not only for the food but the professionalism of the staff who presented everything beautifully and with perfect attention to detail.
