Nice menu with daily specials. The waitperson was helpful, patient and polite. It is a smaller restaurant and thankfully the tables are not crammed in. Background music was at a nice level with decent tunes.
Pint of Carlsburg was nice, nicer than I had in some town pubs.
Food was hot, tasty and plentiful at a reasonable price. Biscuit cake for pudding was different to anything I have tasted.
Given wipes for my fingers, as well.
Finally, NO added service charge, totally up to you how much of a tip you leave.
Definitely recommend.
