We had dinner here and what a fantastic place. The food is fabulous, light batter and the chips were just perfect. The staff are very friendly and very welcoming. I would say it’s the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. So much so we came for dinner a second night! Thank you to Sarah and the team. Merry Christmas and see you soon.

Made a visit to Jersey again after 30years, what a great visit this was. Across from my hotel was Eddie’s Fish & Chips. The shop was so clean and tidy, the food was excellent really enjoyed the battered prawns. The staff were very inviting and friendly. Can’t wait to make another visit to try this fish & chips shop.

It’s not easy finding a really great fish and chips. Even places with loads of good reviews can end up being a letdown, but this one honestly blew me away.

This was by far the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. The batter was light and perfectly crispy, with no greasy feel or old oil smell. The fish was incredibly fresh, probably the freshest cod I’ve ever eaten and cooked to absolute perfection. Moist, flaky, and not dry at all.

The chips were just as good. Crisp on the outside, fluffy in the middle, and plenty of those smaller crispy bits that I love. Even the lemon wedge had the seeds taken out, which is such a small thing but shows real attention to detail. The curry sauce and mushy peas were both spot on. Honestly, it’s an easy 100 out of 10 for the food.

The service was just as impressive. I was welcomed the second I walked in and told to sit wherever I liked. The lady serving me was friendly, chatty, and really knew her stuff. She even explained how they make their batter, where they get their fish, and how they do their chips. You can tell they care about what they do and are passionate about getting it right.

I’ve definitely found my new favourite place for fish and chips, not just in Jersey but anywhere in the UK.

Awesome fish and chips, not many shops do it properly (even in England). All halal. I tried the beef gravy and tartar sauce but the gravy just elevated the fish and chips to a new level. The guy working there was very friendly and he confirmed that gravy and fish both were halal. No beer batter used. Great experience and would definitely come eat again

Basic eat in or out fish and chips. But the food is excellent, the best fish and chips I have had in a long time. I ate in the restaurant which is small clean and warm. I had a short wait for a table even though it was towards the end of lunchtime. The staff were engaged, polite and efficient. Cod and chips dully ordered and served I tucked in. Crisply light batter and crumbly white fish, they went beautifully with the tartar sauce. The chips were well cooked and had a satisfying crunch whilst remining fluffy inside. It was quite a large portion but I ate the lot. One not to miss if you're looking for great fish and chips.
