This is my favourite restaurant in jersey. My partner and I have been here upwards of 10 times and we’re always treating family and friends to celebrations here.

Food is stunning and so is the decor.

I would recommend the brunch if you wanted to try the food without spending dinner prices

Just the best dining experience in Jersey. Went for a birthday celebration. Zack the friendly and very talented chef greeted us. Zack actually called us the week before when I explained my husband had difficulty chewing. They were so kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely welcome and v attentive service by Peter and Andrea. We had the house champagne which was delicious. I had 6 Jersey Grouville Bay Pacific oysters. I like them Au nature with lemon. Very fresh. Amazing. We ship them to France apparently. My husband had Dover Sole pre-ordered. His favourite with mashed potato and a lovely caper sauce which I shared. We had no lunch so were hungry. . I had the Beef Rossini with Foie Gras and a delicious Madeira Sauce. Perfect with the medium rare fillet. Grass fed beef was superbly cooked. I do prefer Irish Slaney Valley beef but it was from the UK. Aberdeen Angus? I had a glass of the delicious Chilean Merlot 2017 recommended by Peter. Fab evening rounded off with a perfect Apricot Cheesecake. Just a perfect meal. We will be back very soon.

Stylish restaurant with delicious food & excellent service. Scallops were perfect and the Lobster & Sweetbread dish I had for main was an interesting combination that worked. I love open kitchens where you can see the chefs preparing food.

Amazing scallops, they taste so sweet, juicy, and savoury all at once! A bit pricy considering the portion sizes, but that’s not a fault considering we were well aware of it before sitting down :) All in all about £100 for both of us, with wine!

Peter our host was a knowledgeable , efficient and friendly front of house manager, surrounded by his trusty waiting team. He also has wonderful chef and kitchen assistants , we had a really exceptional meal all three courses were very good. Especially when they managed to produce a GF Raspberry Soufflé for my Coeliac Wife made her night. When after the meal I asked if I could sit out side to smoke my Monte Cristo Petit Edmundo Cigar, he ushered us upstairs to a wonderful secluded roof terrace. He then furnished me with some of the best cognac I have had for a while. All in all the place exudes Quality, Elegance, Style and Excellence, if you are in St Helier you should really make the effort to eat there.
