Just a small thing - The atmosphere would be much improved if the paintings were seaside and seascapes, especially if they were of Jersey. I would be happy to submit some photos after my visit, which could be made into large canvas type hangings

I had the garlic king prawns for a starter, and they were exceptional, especially for only £12. We were also given a complimentary bowl of tomato soup each, which was absolutely delicious.
For my main, I had the seafood linguine, and I can completely understand why they call it their famous one. It was excellent. I was actually struggling to choose what to have, as they have a really well rounded and extensive chef’s specials menu with plenty of options.
Overall, a really lovely meal and it wasn’t too expensive considering the quality of the food. A basket of bread, a glass of wine, a lemonade, king prawn starter, seafood linguine and a ribeye steak came to £70, which I thought was more than reasonable.
The quality of the food is impeccable, the staff are lovely, and the atmosphere is great. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area!
