Really lovely high quality dining experience

They have a vegan/veg menu but everything can be made vegan :)

We had the smacked cucumber salad, the pepper toast, creamed corn, nut fritters, and chipolatas.

Wine was beautiful and well labelled for vegans.

Staff were really lovely

Id reccomend booking! Luckily it was just 2 of us So they managed to squeeze us in at the bar.

I was very worried id end up having to find a place that did chips... or a vegan burger. Was very grateful to have lovely food and wine ! This is a must visit place.

Always fantastic. My third visit. Went non pie this time and was delighted by delicious treats as ever.
Beware that the sourdough is huge, but the butters amazing. Can’t wait to return.

The best steak place in St Helier. Sensational meat and generous portions. They also mix a fantastic cocktail.

We had dinner at Upstairs last week and were thoroughly impressed. It was the May menu. The food was simply superb – well-balanced flavours and excellent execution. It's clear they prioritize quality. A major highlight for us is their commitment to a monthly menu. If you're looking for a restaurant that serves delicious home cooked meals, I strongly recommend giving this place a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Looking forward to trying out new dishes in the coming months...

What an absolute gem of a restaurant! During our recent family holiday to St. Helier, we were fortunate enough to receive a local's recommendation to dine at Upstairs at Anley Street – and we are so glad we did. As a family of four, we shared the lamb shoulder pie, which was simply divine – the tender lamb and rich flavors were a true delight. My husband and I were so intrigued by the selection of small plates that we immediately booked a table for the following evening to explore more of their menu. We were not disappointed! Each small plate was equally fantastic, showcasing the obvious passion and skill in the kitchen. This charming, family-run restaurant offers not only exceptional food but also warm and attentive service and a well-curated drinks menu, including a lovely choice of wines. Thank you
