We stayed here for a birthday treat for my partner, making use of a fantastic deal that included a 3-course meal, bed, and breakfast. We had actually visited for a meal once before this stay, and both times were absolutely exquisite. It feels like a special, high-end fine dining experience every time you eat here.

I wish we could stay here all the time on our regular visits to Jersey! Staff are lovely and attentive. The manor itself is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are huge and luxurious, and the food is delightful.

We would love to visit again in the summer just to make use of the pool.

You arrive at the front door, past the manicured lawns and are met by an immaculately dressed and incredibly smiley and helpful Brian. From this point on, the staff everywhere around the hotel are friendly, smiley and can't do enough to help - even the housekeepers early on a Sunday Morning.
The hall proudly displays a Michelin Key (the hotel equivalent of a restaurants' Michelin Star).
We stayed in a beautiful Suite looking across the pool and gardens. The Suite was roomy, beautifully and tastefully finished, with the most exquisite bedding. Everything was immaculate.
We chose a tasting menu, which our pregnant daughter joined us for. The menu was adapted to accommodate pregnancy dietary restrictions at the hotel staffs' suggestion - again with a friendly smile. The food was incredible, and the wines that were paired for us were all new to me, and will all be on my list to acquire for my own cellar in the future. Fabulous.
The pool, which we didn't go in (this was a visit in February) was clean - very very clean, which takes a real effort at this time of year. I shouldn't tell you, but there is a wonderful hot-tub tucked away by the Spa and Wine Cellar. We visited it a number of times, and had it to ourselves. Again, the area was immaculate despite the sometimes challenging weather conditions.
There is a fabulously well stocked wine cellar, which I took pleasure in just admiring through the window - this is a truly awe-inspiring view. One day, I hope to find time for a visit inside !
Longueville Manor, is truly exceptional. A wonderful property, beautifully maintained and furnished, with a brilliant, always smiling team. I look forward to visiting again.

Our family recently stayed in both the cottage and rooms here, and it was incredible. The service was exceptionally attentive - staff were always on hand to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast and lunch were also amazing. The hotel and its grounds are lovely and peaceful, making it the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for families or anyone seeking a relaxing break.

A charming and very special hotel. The service is exceptionally good. All the staff are attentive but Luca the head of F and B is extra ordinary. He manages by seeing everything and wanders around spreading his magic positiveness. Somehow Luca makes everyone feel extra special. We witnessed an 18th birthday dinner that actually made us emotional as it was handled so brilliantly. His talent needs to be " bottled". Although still young he is hugely experienced. Brian and Benson welcome you on arrival like old friends. Tara charms all and knows what the weather will do so she sets up out door dining appropriately each time. The team that services the rooms are also exceptional and nothing is too much trouble and more importantly they do not rearrange what the guest has arranged! The chef took in his stride our vegan and non dairy requirements and we had the best meals ever. This place has to be experienced we will be back for sure!

We enjoyed a wonderful market menu lunch today - currently enjoying tea in the garden for as long as we like before heading to the airport. Loved the very old cat sunning himself quietly in the garden. Lovely staff, lovely food, lovely location. I’d definitely return and would consider staying here.

For me, Longueville Manor feels a bit like coming home❣️
I’ve travelled a lot, but this place is truly magical — it always has that something extra.
An amazing experience, as always. The food is excellent.
Luca & Chef Andrew, together with their teams, create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere —
you truly feel cared for, and when you leave… you already can’t wait to come back.
The bar staff, restaurant and kitchen teams are simply outstanding.
See you soon
