I sat on the terrace, with a view of the Harve des Pas, in the sunshine with a delicious plate of fish. A pan seared sea bass (two fillets), with delicious crispy skin, served on a bed of seasonal vegetables and Jersey Royal potatoes. The sauce wasn't overwhelming and I finished everything on the plate.
I was pleased to find a cheesecake on the menu, a New York cheesecake Infact. Again, this was delicious, absolutely sublime, served with a fruit coulis, fruit and cream.
This was one of the best meals I've had in years and coming from someone who has worked in this industry for many years, I couldn't pick a fault.
I hope everyone enjoys this beautiful establishment as much as I did.

rarely we find a little gem on holiday so good with a small menu and attention to doing it well. If we are back in Jersey we will come again.
The location is fantastic on the promenade, with the sound of the waves crashing on the sea wall.
It's a pity person don't support the local small businesses. The drinks were lovely too.
We finished with a coffee and definitely will go back next time I am visiting Jersey.

Waiting staff were attentive, friendly and quick.
Food came out at just the right times with enough time between courses to not feel rushed but not slow.
Food was delicious, empty plates all round. Caters for children well with effort put into the kids meals which can be unusual.
We all left full and happy and whilst it’s not cheap, it’s about the same cost as all nice restaurants in St. Hellier.
Would definitely recommend for a delicious and nice meal out - there are so many restaurants to choose from it’s hard to find the good ones and Wave Beach is a real gem.
