From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel so welcome. The team regularly checked in to make sure everything was perfect.
A special mention goes to Vicky, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. I had contacted the restaurant beforehand because I wanted to arrange a small surprise for my pregnant friend with a cake. Vicky made sure everything was perfectly planned, including the candles, and helped create such a lovely and memorable moment for us.
Her attention to detail and genuine care made the celebration extra special, and we are so grateful for all her efforts. Thank you, Vicky, and thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to return!
Ps: The foooood was AWESOME! We had the croquettes, calamari rings, chicken wings as starter and we had the beef stew and goat curry which was yummmmy! Definitely would come back!
The staff are so friendly and helpful they made us feel so welcome. The food was great and there were some good opportunities to try some new foods.
I would definitely recommend the corn ribs, the special rice and the lamb skewer.
Please don’t be afraid of it being too spicy - it’s definitely white people friendly 😋. Would love for there to be options to step up the spice level.
As a note the goat curry had bones in which I wasn’t expecting- but the flavour was delicious.
I’ll definitely be returning to introduce more of my friends to African food
