Great location, and lovely hard working cleaner Hedda. The room was clean and comfy beds. Recommend to have earplugs with you in case you have loud visitors next room.

This little gem of a hotel is spotlessly clean with good size room and comfy beds. Loved the enclosed patio/smoking area. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Highly recommended this hotel

Great area but felt very disconnected from staff. Never once saw any member of staff except the cleaner...thankfully we were able to use the services of the nearby Norfolk Hotel which was fantastic....the room we had in the Nova Hotel was to the front so all night you could hear people talking on their way down the road and constant car/ motor bike noise....room was basic but clean....no air con and no fridge which would have rated it much higher...a friendly face to explain things would have been welcome....

Rooms are simple & have everything you need & are cleaned every morning to a good standard. You are sat at the same table every morning for breakfast, owner hangs around throughout breakfast. The beds (in our room at least) had springs poking up which was uncomfortable & the pillows were hard which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. One of the windows wouldn't shut properly so the room was cold the whole time. Its in a good location close to the high street & the beach.
