Really enjoyed our stay here, the evening entertainment was great except sometimes it wasn’t more aimed towards a much older audience, so as a teenager I was a little bit bored at times. Great drinks, you can’t beat a J20! Really friendly staff and good service however one night there was a bit of a mix-up as I (a teenager at the time) should’ve ordered off the adult menu but I decided I would prefer a kid’s menu pizza, and I ended up waiting more than 1 hour and 30 minutes for my meal, however this didn’t happen again and every other meal time went smoothly. The pool isn’t super elaborate but is long enough to swim some decent lengths in and is deep enough for dives and other jumps. Atmosphere in the pool is great at night as the water is lit up but you can’t see anything outside due to the darkness. 4*

Excellent hotel, some say it's dated, but it is only superficial, the rooms, the staff and the facilities are all excellent. Food was simply outstanding. We will definitely return to the Norfolk Lodge Hotel.

Nice cosy old fashioned feel to the place. Excellent food both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Used the pool and was very impressed. A longer walk into town than I would like if bad weather but loads of taxis around.

Lovely friendly staff, clean and tidy hotel. Fantastic food options and the food was cooked well and very tasty. Entertainment each night with lots of variety for all. Great swimming pool, just wish it had a jacuzzi. Great bar but definitely holiday prices...
Will definitely recommend going and will be booking again.

Stayed here in September this year with a friend . Last time we were in Jersey we were teenagers 53 years ago !.(Please note After the initial hiccup of being dropped of at the wrong Norfolk hotel by Tantivvy coaches from the airport ). On arrival at the Lodge we were welcomed by very friendly staff .Although hotel a little dated we found it to be spotlessly clean ,good food ,fantastic staff and ok evening entertainment .only downside perhaps for older people with mobility issues, are the many stairs esp the flight of stairs,to the reception. There is only one lift which serviced all floors. Bus stop outside the hotel the no 19 into St Helier centre .On the whole we enjoyed our stay .
