This time we booked the top-floor one-bedroom apartment as we had the kids with us. The flat was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and had great sleeping options for the children. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable with lovely city views, and from the dining area you can even see the sea and the bathing pool.
Jade is an amazing host and truly goes above and beyond for her guests. The apartments are equipped with everything you could possibly need and more.
We were also excited to hear they now offer whole-house hire, so we’re already planning to come back to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary here with family. Highly recommend staying here — we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Jersey.
Worth noting : Loading and unloading heavy bags and personal belongings from the car to the rooms was difficult as the rooms are a long walk from the car park at the back with no lifts. Needed to park on the roadside with hazards to get to front door and up the stairs with luggage to the rooms.
The kitchen and dining area were very clean and with enough utensils etc as well as dish washer and washing machine and air dryer and cooker facilities. It would be easier if the room was with its own kitchen.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.
NO POOL ON SITE it’s the Lido at the beach. Also Rooms are dirty and foul smell from drains.
Owner has sent abusive messages and phone calls after I complained (check out the reviews on Booking.Com from lowest and see what property and owner are really like from others that have experienced this!) owner spins it round and makes lies up to say it is not her fault. Get a Premier Imm instead!
