Arriving well before our 'check in'time they have a facility to store our luggage enabling us to explore St. Helier more easily prior to checking in.
Rooms were very clean plenty big enough and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was included in our deal and was a great start to the day. Had a an evening meal there and they were able to cope with some who is a Coeliac very easily.
The hotel is very convenient for the shops and the bus station. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, pleasant and helpful. We would both recommend it to all.
We asked for a room clean, but it didnt happen so had to ask for more loo roll at reception .
Reception staff not overly pleasant. Never got any more tea/ coffee etc. you would think for 3 nights they would refresh the basics!
The espresso machine was nice.
Had a meal first night. Took ages to arrive, but was ok. They seemed short staffed.
Room was clean and quiet. We slept well. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that.
The breakfast was great. All very fresh and the staff were really attentive.
The premier plus room is worth the extra, if just for the wifi.
The hotel is well located on Bath Street and within a 5 minute walk of the shops.
