The team here is are always so welcoming, greeting me by name with a genuine smile, even when the reception is busy. A special mention to Alan, who always goes the extra mile to connect with guests, checking in on our day and ensuring we have everything we need.
The hotel itself is consistently clean and well-presented. I always opt for the Premier Plus rooms; they are well worth the extra, offering great value for money. The facilities are excellent, including a bar and restaurant serving from breakfast to evening meals, plus a handy lounge with vending machines for out-of-hours needs.
The location is ideal - right opposite a park and within easy walking distance of local pubs, restaurants, and convenience stores, with a large supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.
Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this hotel!
Although it's a 15-minute walk to the bus station, it's a pleasant walk through town, so the location of the hotel is fine.
I hadn't booked breakfast, but when I saw the menu in the room I realised what I would be missing. You can pay for it just before you go into the breakfast room, and it was very good value for money.
Great location for centre and great value for money.
Will return when next in jersey.

Premier Inns are always reliable.. clean rooms, comfortable beds, and the breakfast is always 10/10 - but what really sets this hotel apart is the general manager, Alan. He made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, almost like we were at home rather than in a hotel.
Alan greeted everyone by their first name, was unbelievably friendly and kind, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. He’s relaxed, easy to talk to, incredibly efficient, and clearly cares so much about his guests and staff. Every hotel needs an Alan!
The location is fantastic too.. everything you need is close by, with shops, bus stops, bars and restaurants all within easy reach, making it a perfect base for visiting Jersey.
All of the staff were super friendly too, which made the whole atmosphere so warm and welcoming. We honestly can’t thank Alan enough for his hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Jersey!
The breakfast was great. All very fresh and the staff were really attentive.
The premier plus room is worth the extra, if just for the wifi.
The hotel is well located on Bath Street and within a 5 minute walk of the shops.
Arriving well before our 'check in'time they have a facility to store our luggage enabling us to explore St. Helier more easily prior to checking in.
Rooms were very clean plenty big enough and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was included in our deal and was a great start to the day. Had a an evening meal there and they were able to cope with some who is a Coeliac very easily.
The hotel is very convenient for the shops and the bus station. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, pleasant and helpful. We would both recommend it to all.
We asked for a room clean, but it didnt happen so had to ask for more loo roll at reception .
Reception staff not overly pleasant. Never got any more tea/ coffee etc. you would think for 3 nights they would refresh the basics!
The espresso machine was nice.
Had a meal first night. Took ages to arrive, but was ok. They seemed short staffed.
Room was clean and quiet. We slept well. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that.
The room was a good base for spending most days on the beach or exploring the island.

- Parking: no car park with the hotel BUT a five minute walk away are two multi-storey car parks (Charles St is the one we recommend) which are free to park in between 5pm and 8am. At 8am you then have to pay but can do so on the parking app from inside the hotel room! This gives you a MAX extra 3 hours until 11am, after which you need to leave the car park or risk a fine.
It’s only a five minute walk from the main high street in St Helier. We would definitely take this option again next time we come.
