Booked a premier plus room for 3 nights. Only had 1 set of towels, so had to ask for more. Is this a deliberate policy of PI? Hook on bathroom door missing, which they did fix. TV remote needed new batteries ( screwed shut) which took several asks to sort.
We asked for a room clean, but it didnt happen so had to ask for more loo roll at reception .
Reception staff not overly pleasant. Never got any more tea/ coffee etc. you would think for 3 nights they would refresh the basics!
The espresso machine was nice.
Had a meal first night. Took ages to arrive, but was ok. They seemed short staffed.
Room was clean and quiet. We slept well. Didnt have breakfast so cant comment on that.
