There is a fully stocked mini bar. Safe and the decor was lovely.
We tried the Michelin sample menu, excellent really tasty, only the trout roe but me off. We also had afternoon tea sweet and savoury, really nice. Restaurant/bar had really nice food.
We went to the spa, 1st time no receptionist, so we went downstairs to the pool etc, but didn't obtain a towel, our fault tbh.
Pool was a bit cold but it had a jacuzzi bit, steam room was good, the salt one didn't seem to be working. Car parking is a bit tight getting past the service vans. Right in the centre of St. Hellier. Staff really helpful, 7 would go again and would recommend it
Not knowing the area well, hadn't realised that the entrance was not disable friendly. Upon arrival we waited over a hour for a drink. No ones fault dud to shortage of staff, but a drink was much needed. Woke early to fly back home and to my disbelief the shower was luke-warm no material what we did. Breakfast was also not included. Would stay again if given the opportunity, would just be a little more optimistic next time. As overall I was personally a little disappointed.
