We didn't like the breakfast. It's just run of the mill, basically just catering food for the masses.
exception. So helpful and any minor issues were addressed immediately. We were given a room upgrade and really enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately the shower was almost unusable due to the extremely poor water pressure. However there was a bath, and we were offered another room to use the shower. The excellent service, and happy staff made for a great stay at the Royal Hotel Jersey. I'm sorry I don't recall all the names but special thanks go to Charity, Jay, the hotel manager, and Maritza the reservations manager.

But it was the fantastic staff in the bar and all the hotel, that made our stay so special.
