What a fantastic time we had in Jersey and our hotel certainly topped off a great time!! It is really querky with amazing memrobelia from the Rolling Stones!! The hosts Christine and Philip are so welcoming and just lovely people. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It might only be a 2* hotel but it is spotlessly clean, breakfast is plentiful and near to the town. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this hotel for your stay, we loved it. What a lovely place to stay all staff and owners were welcoming, pleasant and couldn’t do enough for us. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms cleaned completely every day. They were very accommodating of our two dogs. Breakfast was a surprise, it is all served to you. You just have to ask for what you want and they will bring it to you no matter how much or how little you feel like that day. Cereal is already on the table when you get there croissants tea, coffee, and orange juice are the first things to be served. on the breakfast menu is yoghurt, Fruit platter freshly cut fruit that day different varieties each day not out of a tin like some other big Hotels, Ham and cheese platter, the best Wiltshire ham with cheese or a cheese platter. All with as much toast as you want to eat.
This hotel is good value for money and a refreshing change from the sleek unfriendly business like Hotels that many of us end up going to. Christine and Phil treated us like friends that they haven’t seen in a long time it’s the most friendly welcome I’ve ever had in a hotel and I’ve been to quite a few. We will definitely, given the chance be going back to stay there again thank you so much to all of you for making our Holiday one of the best we’ve had in a long time.

The staff and owners were fantastic and looked after us very well. I needed an electric scooter and there was no problem about charging it in the reception area. Would definitely stay there again. Good recommendations for dinner and fabulous breakfast platters.

A traditional family run hotel within walkable distance of St Helier town centre. The proprietors are very warm and friendly with a great sense of humour. I love the bohemian feel of the reception area and the dining room; lots of interesting exhibits and décor. The room was very clean and comfortable. They serve a plentiful continental breakfast with delicious freshly baked pastries. All in all it was excellent value for money. I will definitely book again for my next trip to Jersey.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely, helpful, friendly owners. Exceptionally clean. Lovely quirky bar with great prices. Yes rooms are dated but doesnt detract from stay - think of them as retro. The bedroom was spotless. Fantastic breakfast and as I had an early flight the owner provided a lovely picnic for me in lieu of breakfast. A very special touch. Would def recommend but if you like it quiet ask for non roadside room on the top floor (you can hear people walking above you if they're heavy on their feet on first floor). Great location with lovely bars and restaurants close by.
