The hotel and the grounds are very grand and well-kept. The room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. The bathroom decor was a little bit dated but everything was in pristine condition so nothing to complain about. The provided toiletries and local tea and coffee offerings in the room were a nice touch. There was a fan in the room as well which came in handy during the warm weather. All the staff were very polite and friendly. The location is a little bit far out from St. Helier but I didn't mind the 10 minute walk into the centre.
I had a good stay and would recommend.
We were greeted in our room by lovely gifts from the hotel..much appreciated and a very thoughtful.
Service was excellent.. room kept very clean.
Food was plentiful at breakfast and our Anniversary dinner was delicious.
Spa with swim pools were excellent, a nice place to relax.
Spent our honeymoon here so this hotel is very special to us.
