We booked afternoon tea for six of us. We chose three savoury and three sweet. Everything was beautiful there was a good selection of freshly made finger sandwiches, and enough savoury’s and sweets to share. And of course plenty of scones jam and cream. There was also a good selection of teas available. The staff were very friendly and polite and did not rush us at all.

We had a fantastic time at the Grand Jersey Hotel. 10 years since we were last here and it was the absolute best time. Food was excellent, staff were kind and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Good views of the ocean from our side of the hotel. Lovely bathrooms. My mum had a walk in shower in her room, the only thing was the space of the shower was a bit on the small side and the toilet was a bit too close to the shower. The location of the hotel is perfect to get to St Helier town centre. With lots of amazing places to eat and relax and watch the world go by. Definitely coming back Jersey and this hotel.

This was my second time at the Grand and it didn't disappoint. All staff are so friendly, nothing is too much trouble and the service was first class.
The breakfast buffet is impressive, with everything that you could want on offer.
The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.
I have come away feeling refreshed after a relaxing week away.
All staff work so hard .
I am looking forward to returning in the near future for more of the same.

A fabulous hotel directly opposite the beach and the ferry to Elizabeth castle. The service is really good. Breakfast is extensive and lots of options. Sit outside on a balmy summer evening and have snacks, a meal or just drinks. A lovely atmosphere throughout.

We had 6 nights at the Grand, and we enjoyed it immensely. Lovely room (301) with a separate living room and balcony overlooking the beach. The staff were really nice, and we got the impression that every single one of them wanted us to have a nice stay. Great location, bus stop just across the road, pubs and restaurants nearby. Recommended.

Room was really well kept, with great amenities and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff were amazing, really attentive and helpful, always available to assist us and they were overall great. This hotel is in the heart of the city and really close to everything you’ll need so its in a great place. I had a really great time.

I recently stayed at the Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa and had such a memorable experience, largely thanks to one outstanding member of staff—Thomas.

Thomas was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly funny, personable, and genuinely friendly. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome, and throughout our stay, he went out of his way to make every day feel that little bit more special.

What really stood out was how caring and considerate he was. It’s rare to come across someone who puts so much effort into making guests feel valued, and Thomas did exactly that. He consistently went above and beyond, and it truly made a difference to our experience.

He really made our stay special, and we would like to sincerely thank him. Thanks to Thomas, we would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Highly recommend this hotel—not just for its facilities and location, but for the exceptional service.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but we hade Afternoon tea. It was excellent. Wide tea selection and very good food!
I write this review to thank the amazing waiter that we had, I believe his name was Yohan. He was amazing! Great service and great conversation. We still talk about how amazing our experience was with him as a waiter! We will definitely be coming back and hoping for Yohan to be our waiter again!🩷

I had an amazing stay at the Grand Jersey Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. Charlotte at reception gave me the warmest welcome and made check‑in effortless. Alvis, the concierge, went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and genuine care, making my experience feel truly personalised. Isabel at the restaurant deserves special thanks—her attentive service and friendly approach made every meal a pleasure.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the team that makes it outstanding. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail turned my stay into something memorable. Highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone visiting Jersey 🇯🇪 you’ll be in the best hands.!

The first thing that strikes you about this hotel is that EVERYBODY is so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is warm and spotlessly clean. Food and drink are exceptional quality. We had a large sea view room from which you can see the bay only a 100 yards away. The bar makes good cocktails. The food is not cheap, but its quality well justifies the price (and service). Great breakfasts, including a smoothie of the day (apple and beetroot for me - sounds a bit odd, but it was really nice).There is an excellent indoor pool, with water at correct temperature for exercising. There is also a very clean steam room. Absolutely nothing needs changing! This was a reconnaissance visit, but we intend to stay here in May for a week. No need to look elsewhere in Jersey.

This is by far one of my favourite hotels to stay! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service is unbeatable, all staff are genuinely friendly which makes your stay memorable. The breakfast is amazing. Don’t get me started on the food in the restaurant. One of the best meals I’ve had. Everything was made to perfection. It is also very central and a 10mins walk to the main city.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Whether for business trips or pleasure. You won’t regret it.

Lovely, traditional and welcoming hotel. Amazing food! The breakfasts are a treat, high quality ingredients, expertly cooked, beautifully presented.
The spa and pool is luxurious and highly skilled staff give quality treatments.
