Pomme d’Or Hotel

We stayed in this hotel last October, with excellent staff and service, so decided we would like to stay again. However, our flight was delayed a day, so missed an overnight and breakfast, which we had payed for. On arrival, late morning, as we had been sitting up the airport since early morning, we asked if they could supply us with anything from the breakfast table, bearing in mind we had paid for breakfast. A definite no, was the answer, not even toast, or fruit was offered. A coffee came our way, which was so weak was barely drinkable. The hotel didn't seem very busy but we got put in the very noisy room at the back above the pool hall opposite, which had loud music. A disappointing stay.
